Northwest School

Northwest School is a premier private school on E Pike Street East in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.  The project is a new five story, 30,910 square foot building which houses a theater, a kitchen, dining facilities, a gym, a roof top sport court and administrative offices.

GM Nameplate 

GM Nameplate is the largest manufacturer in Seattle.  They cater to a wide range of clients from appliance manufactures to the aerospace industry. Unity Electric is responsible for maintaining and servicing all their electrical systems.

Ram Mounts

Ram Mounts is located in the South Park area of Seattle and manufactures the nifty vehicle mounts used to hold electronic devices, from laptops to dashboard GPS and cell phone holders.  We have worked with the facility to maintain and expand their electrical needs through their impressive growth.

Hatchet Ridge

Unity Electric successfully completed the Hatchet Ridge Wind Farm located in the western edge of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. The project contains 44 wind turbines with a total generation of 101.2 MW, enough power for 44,000 average sized California homes. The recently completed wind farm has an agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric to purhcase 100% of it's output for the next 15 years. The 80-meter tall turbines are expected to continue producing electricity for 5-15 years beyond that.
