The Laundry Supply Building, a portion of the Stack House Apartments, was established as a Seattle historical landmark in the early 2000's after over 80+ years of business. Opening in 1906, the laundry building stayed in business while many other similar companies closed down with the change of times and was one of several anti-union laundries that comprised the Seattle Laundry Owners' Club. The building is an example of Seattle commerce in the early 20th centry, and after being renovated is now being used as a commercial retail space with the smoke stack and staples of the building remaining intact.
